Tagging®3D mattress fastening system uses innovative technology to replace the traditional bonding process in 3D mattress manufacturing, effectively saving time and cost. Cluttered sprays, hot melt adhesives and water-based adhesives were replaced by new mattress fastening systems. No confusion during use, no need to wait for curing, no odor!
Tagging®3D mattress line, simply carry the extra long steel needle of the mattress glue needle and click on the control interface. Tagging®3D mattress fastening system Instantly connect and secure 10 layers of 3D material with 10 mattress glue needles, using only air pressure. Dot and cut one, 23CM ultra-long steel needle through all sizes of mattresses, 10 minutes to complete a 3D mattress inner core, a line daily 60 (currently two people together daily 6) no glue, no formaldehyde, with LED work area lighting function, control system programmable control of the entire assembly line, and provide real-time data feedback, The accuracy rate is more than 97%, and the system can touch control the single head in place to make up, without the need to move the mattress to make up manually.
